Bernard Madoff is expected to enter a guilty plea tomorrow and faces up to 150 years in jail. In light of this Corgentum Consulting has released a new white paper which discuss the effects of the Madoff scandal on hedge fund operational due diligence from both the investor’s and hedge fund’s perspective.
